Welcome to Et Voila!

Chefs Claudio Pirollo and Mickael Cornu are excited to bring the warm, welcoming flavors of Et Voila! to Washington DC's Palisades neighborhood.

Chef Pirollo was named “Best Young Chef in Belgium” in 1994 and served as the personal chef to the Irish Ambassador for the past six years. Chef Pirollo’s partner, Chef Cornu, is an established pastry chef with an extensive background in catering customized cakes and desserts for the White House and pastry Research & Development at Federal Bakers.

Et Voila! is proud to serve natural, locally grown produce, and its wine selection comes from small boutique winemakers who produce fewer than 50 cases of wine per year.
